Huge shoutout to this Jaguar for getting a little snack in. I, like this Jaguar, love a good antelope. There’s a restaurant here in San Antonio that serves antelope. It’s locally harvested on a ranch that allows the animal free range on a large property in south Texas.

Now, some say that antelope is rather gamey but I bet this Jaguar knows that with the balancing of some salt, pepper, and just a touch of balsamic glaze, you can have a lean protein that is tender and tasty.

Don’t overcook it, though. That’ll make the meat tough. Our Jaguar friend here is in no danger of doing that. Enjoy!
